We have been successful in securing funding from Getting Ready to Learn and the Department of Education in order to run a programme promoting Physical Development. We will be focusing on a programme called Happy Healthy Kids which will be promoting fun ways to get active, move our bodies and promote a healthy lifestyle. To launch our programme we will be inviting Mini Groovers into school on Tuesday 3rd December to run a session with each class. Mini Groovers promotes physical development through music, props and dance moves. The children will be Getting their Groove On!! Hopefully we can share some of the ideas with you to try at home! There will also be more information about the Getting Ready to Learn programme over the year.
