TRANSITION FORMS
At this time of the year we ask you (parent) to sign your Child’s Transition Form (Report), which will be forwarded to your child’s P1 teacher. Sessions will be held on Monday 17 and Tuesday 18 June at 9.00 am, 11.00 am, 12.30 pm, 1.15 pm and 2.30 pm in the Community Room. Please attend a session convenient to you.
